Peace At Last
Jack was tormented with negative thinking. He experienced much fear and guilt. Years earlier Jack had abused drugs and alcohol. He had been in traditional counseling for many years as well as participated in 12-Step programs. Still, his anxiety and depression would get the better of him. His relationships suffered as he lashed out at others in anger. By the tenth session all aspects of Jack’s life had improved: his mind was clear for the first time in his life; he felt calm and at peace with himself, confident that he could handle whatever might come up in his life. He was no longer afraid. He truly accepted that it was okay for him to relax and to enjoy life. Jack’s Family life improved in that he was happier and more fun to be with. He became easier to get along with at work. He took a new interest in his occupation and began to get creative in establishing and pursuing new goals. Jack felt good. Using my program Jack had resolved root issues of poverty, severe abuse, and alcoholism in his history. He was then empowered to live his life with access to his full potential.
Moving Forward With New Direction
Suzie, a young professional, felt frustrated by not having more direction in her life. She felt lost and stuck, yet she was afraid of moving forward. She worried incessantly and could not concentrate well. Even when she got a rare creative idea, her procrastination prohibited her from using it. As Suzie moved through my program, she identified and eliminated limiting beliefs. By the eighth session, her doubts had turned to positive convictions. She was able to forgive past experiences and remove blocks to her moving forward. She no longer felt she was riding down the highway with one foot on the brake. She was happier and felt released from frustration, procrastination, and worry. She knew where she wanted to go and she had new energy to make her moves.
Sleeping Like A Baby
Marsha came to my office because she was desperate. She had tried both medical treatment and counseling for years. Yet, she wasn’t sleeping well, she felt she had no self-discipline, suffered poor self-esteem, was wasting her time, not eating well, was pre-occupied with anxious thoughts, felt depressed, and had daily headaches. By the tenth session Marsha was happy and calm. She had more control of herself and her life. She felt increased energy. She identified stressful areas in her worklife and began to make positive changes. Marsha felt good about herself. She regained her sense of humor and turned out to be quite playful. And best of all for her, she was sleeping well and was not having any headaches. Using my program Marsha had finally gotten rid of the stress of old hurts and angers. She accepted responsibility for some mistakes of her own and she experienced full forgiveness. At last Marsha was emotionally free to improve her life and be her best.
Here She Comes...
Karen cried daily. She had many fears. She was afraid to try anything new. She feared change. She was afraid of what others might think. She was afraid to ask for what she wanted or needed. Karen could hardly make a decision, for fear that it might be the wrong one. Karen didn’t trust herself and felt extreme shame. Her relationships suffered. She was unable to hold a job. By our sixth session, Karen was having fun, being relaxed, and feeling confident. She could honestly laugh at her prior timid, fearful behavior. Crying and fears were eliminated. Karen felt comfortable expressing herself in a healthy and assertive way. My program enabled Karen to get rid of limiting beliefs and to become more aware of her strengths and possibilities.
Living with Gusto
Don couldn’t get out of bed. He was so depressed. My card had been in his wallet for a year after he had heard me give a group presentation. Immobilized as he was, he called for an appointment. Don had lost hope. He had no energy. He had withdrawn from people and was now suffering from the isolation. He had very low self-esteem and really didn’t care much what happened to him. He was self-employed and his business was barely surviving. Don and I had nine sessions. Using my program, Don settled fears of not living up to his Family’s expectations. He had been afraid of both failure and success. He resolved confusion about his interests, his goals, and his purpose. With renewed motivation, Don was able to engage in more creative thinking. He was excited to build his business with new ideas and plans. He was energized! He was mobilized! He was ready to begin living with gusto.
