Kathy is dedicated to helping people reach their full potential. She provides the highest quality of care possible, and has developed a program that is customized for each individual. It is comprised of leading edge methods from Energy Psychology as well as built on a solid foundation of traditional theories and practices in Psychology. Her goal is to set people free of whatever is holding them back and to accomplish new freedom as quickly and as easily as possible.

People are then:

Safety first.

Kathy seeks to establish a relationship which is safe, comfortable, and promotes trust -- collaborative and interactive -- we being the key term.

Limiting beliefs become empowering ones.

Stress is changed into motivation and enthusiasm.

Kathy believes it is possible (and easy) to change, to get rid of whatever might be holding a person back from living up to their full potential; this life-changing process plays out every week in her office.

We are taught that it is hard to change, that a tiger can’t change his or her stripes.

Kathy's experience with clients going through her program has been that they do change, at a basic level; they move toward more satisfying and more productive beliefs and behaviors; they simultaneously let go of whatever is holding them back. Through this process they discover more precisely what their strengths and potentials are. They become excited to build a future which is based on their full potential -- not a duplication (repeat) of past problems.

With Kathy's system, people find limiting beliefs quite quickly and root them out quite painlessly. Spontaneously, new and more positive beliefs emerge, and the person is empowered to set new goals and to achieve them. Hers is a respectful positive approach that makes getting better easy, rapid, and effective.

Quick Look

Everyone is born with potential; life brings challenges that emotionally overwhelm us; we don’t "get over it"; residual stress builds; results in debilitating beliefs and low self-esteem; translates into behavior we don’t like; we feel frustrated and hopeless about being unable to change. We lose touch with ourselves, with the potential that we know is there. The negative cycle continues -- we can’t change and we don’t like ourselves because of it. We try and we try to the point of fatigue and depression, but nothing changes. We are focused on symptoms instead of getting to the root cause.

Consider Kathy's alternative: build up a person’s natural abilities and resources allows them to move in a different direction, which results in their reaching new goals and having a more fulfilling life. Negative behaviors, beliefs and habits just fall away.
